Auction Search
Search for auctions by state and jurisdiction to help focus your search.
- Start date and time, firm executing the auction, and number of properties are listed for every auction
- Ability to only view properties for a particular auction (and can be downloaded!)
Map Search
See the properties on a map relative to a specific locaction, such as your own address.
- View all properties within 25 miles of your location of interest, starting with the closest
- All information shown in Property Search, can be seen for each property
Detailed Property Reports
Prepare for an auction(s) that you plan on attending by selecting properties and/or auctions on the Property, Auction, and Map Search pages. Then generate a report (downloadable PDF) on the Reports page that can be used as a research resource before and during the auction. Reports include the following:
- Property Details: property sales information, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, tax values, and Zillow estimates
- Up to five recent comparable sales
- Charts on home value trends for the property and its city/jurisdiction
